Dear Friends,

Do you ever wonder who you are, where you are? Life is a process of continuous learning. Sometimes there are ups, and sometimes downs. Sometimes it can seem like its downhill all the way. Other times, your just not sure where you stand. Maybe your struggling with the pain of depression, wondering how or IF you will ever make it through. Perhaps your life is plagued by alcohol or drugs, and you just can't see how you could EVER live without. Or maybe you feel perfectly content with your life . . . you have ALL you could ever need. No matter who or where you are, one thing is certain. In every life, there will be a crossroad where the decision you make could change your life FOREVER. For some, there may be many of these. There is one, however, we must all face and is the most important of all.

Now, regardless of what you may be thinking, PLEASE read on. Everything happens for a reason, in my opinion, and it was not by chance that you came across this letter. Whoever you are, wherever you are, if you are lost in life this is your day! Now is the time to make the choice that will forever change you, and put a joy in your heart as never before! If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm talking about Jesus and the wonderful gift of salvation he offers us all. When the world is full of hopelessness and despair, there is hope and joy in our Lord Jesus.

Before I was saved, I thought everything was fine. I mean, I knew in my heart that I needed the Lord and what the consequences were for   dying lost, but I was okay. Things seemed to be going pretty well I thought. When God calls on you, however, everything can change in an instant! I went from being pretty well content with my life, to being confused and saddened for what I lacked. I was under conviction and there was no comfort in the world. Day after day I fought it, and night after night I prayed for a miracle. I battled so many worries . . . so many fears. How could I be saved? How could I get to that point to where I would actually go to a church when I hadn't been in years? How could I change? What would I have to give up? The night I gave my heart to Jesus, all of those things seemed so small and insignificant. I had a feeling like I had never experienced before! I had peace and joy and I knew there was nothing I couldn't overcome with him. I realized that the confusion and fear I had struggled with before, was senseless. I hadn't given anything up. Instead, I had gained more than I ever could have imagined. People like to think they're just not ready and that when they are, they'll take that step. If you think like that, let me just say that you may never feel like your ready. There is a dark force out there who will pull you as far away from the Lord as you will let him. Yeah, that force is satan. If you lack a relationship with Christ, you are living in darkness whether you know it or not. "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." (John 8:12)

How can you be saved? The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-11 and 13 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. FOR WHOSEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED." Salvation is only a prayer away and is the best decision one could ever make. Yes there is hope and joy in the Lord, but there is also eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus said, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) Most everyone has heard something about this place, how it is a place of unimaginable beauty. It is a place where there shall be no more tears, pain, or death . . . a place prepared for God's children. Jesus also tells us, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." (John 14:2-3) Yes, our Lord is coming back. Will you be ready? If he should come tomorrow, would you be ready to stand before him? If something unexpected should happen anytime soon, as it very well could, and you should lose your life, are you confident that you would be with your Father in Heaven? As I said before, life is a process of continuous learning with its ups and downs. We all make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. This is a mistake you cannot afford to make, however. We all know that there is no guarantee of tomorrow. With this in mind, why not accept salvation today? Without it, you will never see Heaven nor will you know the wonderful effect it has on every life!

I could tell you so many things that the Lord has done for me. With every passing day, he helps me a little more. My life is by no means perfect and there are still some obstacles which I must overcome. No matter what though, I will continue to put my faith and trust in the Lord. With him, I am positive that there is no obstacle I can't overcome for Lord will lift me above it always. The Bible tells us that nothing is impossible for him to do! "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13) His love and mercy never cease to amaze me. Everyone has heard someone say that we should count our blessings. Well, that is just impossible! The Lord pours out so many blessings upon us, some that we are not even aware of. Even you though you may be lost, have been blessed by him. He has loved and taken care of you all your life. Maybe your thinking, my life has been awful! How have I been blessed? You’re alive. He woke you up this morning and now here you are reading these lines. You have made it to see yet another day, Praise God, and yet another chance to have the light of life. "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20) The Lord has given you the invitation, what you do with it is entirely up to you. If you will accept and are ready to give your heart to the Lord, all you need to do is say that prayer. If you aren't exactly sure what to say, below is a quick and simple prayer to help you. Don't be afraid to put your life in God's hands. His love for you exceeds far beyond that of anyone else. He knows your heart and what troubles you and wants so much to help. No matter what it is, big or small, you need him more than you know. Even if you think you’re happy and have all that you could want or need, there is an emptiness without him. God forbid you realize that when its too late. I love you, but God loves you more. May the Lord in Heaven Bless you and keep you.

PRAYER:

Dear Lord, I come to you a sinner in need of forgiveness. I have lived my life without you long enough and done many things wrong. Father, I'm so sorry. I believe that Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins and was raised on the third day. Father, right now I surrender all. Come into my heart and save me. In your hands, I place my life...change me. Lord I thank you for your love and mercy. Thank you for hearing my prayers. I ask these things in the name of Jesus, AMEN.

If you said that prayer, God Bless you and welcome! If you’re not sure yet or just need someone to chat with, you may check out the contacts page where you will find the email addresses of all who work on this site.
